So I do intermittent fasting and I basically only eat one meal a day. I wanted to wait until Saturday to try this, but I couldn’t wait anymore and I tried it for the first time. I was there a little after lunchtime so the guy working who I’m assuming was the owner was really cool. I asked him about the differences between the two dishes and I ended up getting the fried chicken with garlic noodles. Mild cause I really don’t do spicy even though it is not an instant food that comes out itt is worth the wait. Everything was really good. Chicken was crispy and cooked well and the presentation was amazing. I’ll be back again to try another dish over rice. Whatever sauce he uses or makes it in is really good. Buy his food now you will not regret it

These ARE the best garlic noodles in the city. Neigh- the world! Jeff knows what he’s doing and the love is apparent in his food. The sauce that comes with the tofu is the cherry on top.

Mama Chows will go down in my list of top food carts in Portland. Jeff’s personality and care and the flavor he puts out is just outstanding. The lollipop wings with garlic noodles with a side of dumplings were sooo g00d. The food was made to order so expect to wait a bit especially if there’s a line. I highly recommend trying it.

WOW, I truly was blown away by my meal. The dumplings are the best I've had in Portland. The dough has the perfect texture. If the owner bottled the chili sauce, I would buy it on the regular. Can't wait to come back to Mama Chow's!

Recently moved to the Farmhouse Food Cart Pod, behind/next to Rev Nat's, they haven't missed a beat!! Garlic Noodles with BBQ pork was amazing. The fried tofu was great, and if anyone tells you they hate tofu, they should try MamaChow's, it's a game changer. We also had wings and the pork and shrimp dumplings. You cannot go wrong with any of it!!
